The Dominion of Kivisto is a major Antarctic Oasis nation, an active United Nations contributor, and member of UN DEFCON, the National Sovereignty Organization, and the United Nations Old Guard. It is also a signatory of major regional treaties like the AOEAA and the AAA. Claiming its fame as an outspoken undemocratic UN Member during the debate for Repeal "Citizen Rule Required", Kivisto went on run for Regional UN Delegate of Antarctic Oasis in June 2006. It lost out to Gruenberg that month, but competed again in December and was elected by a comfortable margin. [1] It currently casts its UN votes via bordello.
Kivisto is ruled by an elusive leader known to the outside world only as "The Master," who is represented in voice by the lovely (if somewhat psychotic) regional acolyte Vanessa Lepreuve, the incredibly creepy UN Amb. Oskar Feldstein, and the lovable drunkard Adm. Rusty Shackleford.
