General

Kohtohkhan Raptoric is a saurian language which originated on the planet Dincota. The language has evolved in total isolation from non-saurian languages until 200 years ago. It is unique in that the language itself is comprised only of 500 word-units and 50 connotative modifiers and 4 tones plus appropriated word syllables from other languages added after isolation ended. This has often been misunderstood as only 500 words (which is inaccurate). It is spoken in 3 nations (Kohtohkhan Republic of Dincota, Dibiian States and Miokalia) as the official language across diverse ethnicities and sub-species.

Kohtohkhan Raptoric sounds like a mix of Japanese syllables, Slavic or Russian sounds and occasional Latinesque pronounciation.

The language uses more than 55 different sounds, (English has about 26). Which causes the "Kohtohkhan Accent" to sound like British English with strange grammatical transliteration since in most cases, speakers of Kohtohkhan are able to generate all the sounds necessary to correctly pronounce the words.
