Overview
The Holy Empire of Kontiltan is a massive, devout nation, remarkable for its punitive income tax rates. Its hard-nosed, cynical population are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."
It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt government stops and the rest of society begins, but it devotes most of its attentions to Law & Order. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Uranium Mining. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Kontiltan's national animal is the Alligator and its currency is the Scale.

CrossGen Alliance
Kontiltan first started out in a region for CrossGen Comics fans, however everyone but BigGator5 lost interest in the game.
He too lost interest in the region after some time and started a new one.

This time, Kontiltan started a premier region for Red vs. Blue fans called Blood Gulch Chronicle.
