Krob Party Vanguard
The Krob Party Vanguard, (In Russian: ) also simply known as The Party Vanguard or PV, is the armed political and military organisation of The Party in The Greater Federation of Kroblexskij.
The PV was established in 1997 as the primary secrurity force for the revolutionaries and Pitor Zikanov. Under the leadership of ______ The PV grew in numbers from a paramilitary group of individuals to a fully operation military wing recruiting their members from the army and other political organisations. By early 1998 they had taken over priority from the army. The Party regard the PV as an elite force and their own "Praetorian Guard". Members swear an oath of unconditional loyalty to The Party and Pitor Zikanov and are racially screened before recruiting.
The Party Vanguard are different in many ways compared to The National Army. The PV is primarily a political force enforcing The Party's rule, although they do operate in tandem with the regular army, as an elite unit recieving the best quality of equipment. The PV also has it's own ranking and organisation system. The PV has been used to battle test many new weapons that have gone on to serve well in the krob armed forces, such as the AZ-45 assault rifle. Other divisions of the PV are specialised in specific areas, such as chemical warfare, liquidation and propaganda.
The PV is highly trained in arctic and mountain warfare, urban fighting, interrorgation and assassinations and is noted for it's brutality and lack of humanity in warfare. This ahs sometimes led to a lack of discipline In their very first combat, during the 1997 Revolution, PV units were resposible for the deaths of hundreds of thousands of civilians. Armoured units fired chemical warheads at apartment blocks where counter revolutionaries were stationed, without notifying the occupants.
The Party Vanguard is distinguised from other organisations in the GFK by it's autonomy from civil affairs. The PV is entirely controlled by The Party. Therefore many of the members of the Inner Party are also high ranking officers in the PV.
The Party Vanguard was given the authority to effectively run the country, by making the PV in charge of the Secret Police. This monopoly of the PV over regular life basically puts them above the law.
The notorious PV Correctional division is employed as labour and re-education camp guards. They have set up hundreds of forced work and re-education camps, where political enemies and criminals are routinely sent. The camps have been responsible for the deaths of millions of "enemies of the state" who died of inhumane treatment, overworking, malnutrition, systematic executions, or medical experiments.

Origins
The Party Vanguard was set up in 1997 formed from a unit of the Army reserves and orignally consisted of 11 men, tasked with protecting the senior revolutionary leaders and Pitor Zikanov from the state. They were nicknamed the "Black Rats" after their black uniforms and unscruptulous work they carried out, such as the particulary violent assassination of a police officer, who was killed by radioactive poisoning.
