- Your army size equals your population times decimal percantage spent on defense from NSwiki time 10%
Example since i can't word that correctly- a 200 Million Population X .12 (12% spent on Defense) X .1
- you Must take in account of you weeknesses and strenghts through factual evidence.
- You must have weaponary that goes along with your "theme"
- no superweapons
- no editing any pages to say you won, when it was agreed that you lost
- A battle will be won if both sides agree
- You may only go to war with a country that agrees to war
- A battle may only take place if both sides knows of the battle.
