[Lactomangulation] is a current colony of the Commonwealth of Macropusia. It was started in Hyrule in order to express dominance in other areas, as a population revreter, energy miner, and satellite colony; in other words, Macropusia exploring new worlds.

Beginnings

It was 153 and Macropusia was undergoing a trasnferrence of power to Emperor Kalixia. The previous Emperor, Dominatus of the Dragon Dynasty, had been very obsessed with interior management, and thus the economy of Macropusia and its people were booming. Because of this, Emperor Kalixia decided that it was a perfect time to begin expanding his Empire. And thus the expansion of colonies begins!

The Appointment of the First Chancellor

After scouts had reported that the Region of Hyrule was of considerable possibilities for colonisation, the Emperor began searching for the perfect Chancellor of his expanshion. He looked first, of course, to his Admiral of the Royal Fleets. Rezhkan del Toyish had served the Macropusian government for over 40 years, dating back to the term of Dominatus. Under him, the fleet of Macropusia had established dominance off of its shores and succesfully protected its borders. This, however, began the Karish incident.

The Karish Incident

At this time, the Chief Barrister of the Federal Courts was Domoi Karish. He had been Chief Barrister for over 20 years, and had thought that he would be a much better person for the role of Chancellor of the first offshore colony. Due to this, Domoi Karis drew up papers which were forged law documents showing that Rezhkan del Toyish served 10 years in jail for statutory rape. Because of this, major amounts of media coverage was created and Emperor Klaxia became very indecisive on who to appoint. Two weeks after the first announcement of the documents, del Toyish knocked onto Domoi Karish's door, and promptly shot him point blank, instantly killing him. Even though it was later proven that Domoi Karish totally made up the law documents, del Toyish was stripped of all rank and would never serve a government position again. In his place, Motle ob Frendi, the Chancellor of Political Infrastructure, was put into the place, although he wasn't the happiest for being second choice man. The Karish Incident would go on to be one of the largest incidents of corruption in the Empire in its entire history.

First Colonisers

After the Karish Incident was finished, which delayed the trip for several months, the first settlers left on the ship "Nouveaux Mondes". The two month journey was relatively without incident, except for a couple rats and kangaroos here and there. After finally arriving in 155, the settlers chose the perfect spot to begin their colony; an island in the middle of a river separating two large landmasses. Here they set up the port of Marisia, which would later become the capital of their colony.

Native Elves

Approximately 50 years after the founding of the Offshore Colony of Lactomangulation, the Macropusian settlers began slowly expanding north due to overcrowding in Marisia, which had grown to an astounding 1 million settlers in just a mere 45 years, and also due to boredom. The second colony founded was Vialige, on the Isle of Toldar, just a bit more north of Marisia. Vialige, due to its large drop-off cliffs, unusual foliage, and pure white beaches, became a settlement for the more well-off of Macropusia. Large mansions sprung up around the edges of Toldar, and the city of Vialige became well known for its large corporation-headquarters, the scenic gardens built by those who lived there, and the Grand Castle of the Chancellor of the Offshor Colony.
