Lazarus, founded by a puppet of the NationStates administration, largely exists to serve its simple purpose as a repository of newly re-created nations. Lazarus' first organized government was under the delegacy of Lies Incorporated, better known in world politics as Sarda. Under his delegacy, the Lazarus government became active and began to show signs of great international potential.
