The League General Assembly (LGA) is one of the five organs of the League of Small Regions. It's made up of Regional Representatives of members of the League. However, not all official members appointed representatives and membership to the GA.

It is considered the most important organ of the League, having the right of putting up and taking off legislation, expelling and accepting members, and voting in elections.
