Lesser Antilles Security Council Bill 3 is a successful Lesser Antilles Security Council bill. It allowed the entry of UN nations to move into and live in the Lesser Antilles. It is the first move towards reconciliation between the LAEC and the UN since the great schism of 2005. The nature of the vote was such that vetoes were not counted.

Text

1. The Lesser Antilles Security Council accepts the authority of the United Nations within, but not outside, United Nations members states.

2. This bill will end the forced removal of Union Nations members from the Lesser Antilles.

3. It creates the new position of United Nations Delegate for the Lesser Antilles, following the electoral system created by the United Nations Charter.

4. It bars the entry of United Nations member states to the Lesser Antilles Economic Community but instead offers them observer status, which allows states to:

a. Observe all meetings of Lesser Antilles Economic Community members.

b. Unilaterally adopt the Antilles Yent as their currency.

5. It bars the entry of United Nations member states to the Lesser Antilles Security Council, with the exception of the delegate, who will be offered non-voting observer membership.
