Lex Steiner is the current serving Secondary Minister of Health and Co-Owner/Vice President of Lorkhan's newly established Ultimate Wrestling Championship pro-wrestling company. He has been a professional bodybuilder for over two decades and has won several awards and championships in wrestling and body building since he began his career.
Lex Steiner earned a doctorate's degree in medical science at Janus Park University with help from his body building career, and began working as both a medical examiner and hired muscle for the NSSC during the civil war. His popularity as a body builder amassed great attention from NSSC higher ups and earned him a position in the Beauru of Health once the NSSC gained control over the government in 1993. He has since then worked his way up to the position of Secondary Minister, and has promoted to great length the Bodydonna work out program that has helped reshape the fitness of the nation.
