History
The People's Republic of Liilte China was the first country to break away from old Eternia. It has since changed it's named, to the more fitting Oppressed People of Liilte China. Contrary to popular belief, Liilte is not a misspelling of little, but instead the name of the man who founded the country.
Economy
Liilte China recently underwent a major economic growth and expansion, propelling them to first in Eternia. Since that, they have gone through a recession dropping them back to third.
They have a 90% income tax rate, with no welfare system to counter it, leading to large amounts of tax evasion and unreported income.

Electrical Economy
The government keeps a monopoly on energy usage, denying it to the people. The government consumes a couple of PWh a year.
There is however a black market in energy, with people generating electricity in their back yards and distributing it to their neighbors, often at a high cost. The government punishes this when it is caught, and enforced since the cops won't take the people supplying them down since they often get the supply in exchange for protection, it is punished like all other crimes in Liilte China, by death.
Law Enforcement
Liilte China invests 37%, ~3 trillion slaves (~$4 trillion), of it's budget into law enforcement, and as such keeps crime to a moderate level.
Military
Liilte China had the strongest military of any civilian government in Eternia, and has since lost it after the defeat by Neo-Rus. The military budget is stated at only 1 billion slaves and is being used only to maintain current levels.
