Linda Uosh is an athlete who was part of Ariddia’s delegation to the first Winter Olympic Games. She has the distinction of being the first ever Ariddian to have won an Olympic medal - a gold.

Born in the town of Eshehua, Uosh is an Indigenous Ariddian. She was one of sixty athletes chosen to represent the PDSRA at the first Winter Games in Aeropag, Commerce Heights.

Uosh took gold in the Women's 3000m in speedskating, and set an Olympic record with her time of 4:06.26. That record still holds, since the second Winter Olympiad has not yet begun. Uosh has indicated that she intends to defend her Olympic title and record in the next Games.
