This is a list of the Presidents of the People's Representatives, the upper house of the Billopeshian Parliament. An election is held every four years, usually in April. The title existed during the monarchy, as the second most powerful person from the Lord and leader of the People's Council, the only democratic house at the time. It was created in 1834 as part of the first royal constitution and has been reestablished by the republican constitution of 2006.
