List of councils in the Vuhifellian Federation
This is a complete list of all the Councils within the Vuhifellian Federation and their purpose. All councils (with the exception of the Supreme Council & the Military Council) have five members: three councilors, one vice-councilor, and one Supreme Councilor.
Special Councils
These two councils are different from the others in the sense that they do not supervise or organize anything, but they are a direct part of the Federal government.
Supreme Council
The Supreme Council is the largest, and most powerful council. It is, in a sense, both the President's cabinet, and the President. It is made up of the Supreme Councilors of every other council in the government (except the Military Council), a Supreme Councilor may only vote YEA or NAY in their respective council, but in the Supreme Council, they may also abstain.
For most of the Supreme Council's duties (e.g. supervising the President on courses of action) a simple majority is needed. However, the one unique aspect of the Supreme Council is that, with a unanimous YEA vote from all members, it may carry out Presidential duties (e.g. veto legislation, waive diplomatic immunity, et cetera). However, to prevent the President from being completely dethroned by the Supreme Council, the Vice-President has to approve all Supreme Council (Presidential) actions.
Military Council
The Military Council is a seperate council of the government that is not represented in the Supreme Council. Besides the fact that the Military Council governs the military and sets military law, it is also the only source of orders to the generals and admirals of the VA (the other being the President himself.)
The Military Council is run by the Commander General of the Army & Marines, Supreme Admiral of the Navy, the General of the Skies (Air Force), and the Master General of the Vuhifellian Information Corps.
Lesser Councils
Below is a table of all other councils in government, their name, and their purpose. Each council is broken down in Ministries, which are further broken down into departments. (example: Council of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Public Safety, Department of Terror Prevention). This leads to a massive, though highly efficient, bureaucracy.

| Council of the Environment | Regulates environmental standards, approves drilling rights, mining rights, etc. |
| Council of Federal Law | Is responsible for the changes of government due to the new constitution. |
| Council of Foreign Affairs | Runs foreign relations. Embassies, diplomats, and overseas soldiers all report to this council. |
| Council of Health | Supervises and regulates all public hospital and clinics in the Federation. Sets health standards for building types. |
| Council of Internal Affairs | Supervises police and firefighting departments within the nation, secondary investigative arm. |
| Council of Justice | Supervises all courts in the nation, runs all law enforcement agencies. Primary investigative arm. |
| Council of Science & Technology | Oversees research in Vuhifell, sets research standards. |
| Council of the Treasury | Regulates spending. Supervises employment programs. Collects taxes (taxes are imposed by Congress, collected by the Treasury). |
| Council of Utilities | Supervises and regulates all utilites on the continent. Sets standards for utilities companies. |
| Council of War | Can approve a Declaration of War. Can authorize a surrender. |
| Council of Welfare | Provides welfare benefits to elderly, veterans, children, etc. |
