The Immigration Clearance Level system is utilised by HM Eurasian Customs and Excise when reviewing the entry process for a foreign national. All nations begin at Level Yellow, and move up or down the scale based on their relations with Eurasia.

| Blue | Level Blue status is essentially the same as Level Green status, except a valid passport must be presented as well.

| Yellow | Yellow is the starting point for all nations on the ICL scale. Nations in Level Yellow either have cordial relations with Eurasia, or HM Government has yet to form an opinion on their government.

| Orange | Level Orange nationals have a particularly difficult time entering Eurasia, and the process is rather Gordian and complicated. Orange nationals must also apply for a document which grants them permission to even near the border in the first place. Furthermore, most Orange nationals are placed under surveillance by the Security Service and the Secret Intelligence Service during their stay.

| Red | Level Red nationals are prohibited from entry into the United Kingdom of Eurasia. Attempted entry is punishable by instant deportation and/or imprisonment for violation of Eurasian immigration law.
