Lord Euler is the leader of the Dictatorship of Lord Euler and PROWL, a splinter faction of HYDRA. Lord Euler has appeared as several other NS nations over the course of history, but only the founding of PROWL recently has led him to emerge as a nation that he gave his true name. PROWL is an organization of invaders, region crashers, puppeteers and tricksters that is based secretly inside a school building in wikipedia:Germany. PROWL is also said to include hackers and other specialists recruited from the computer science classes of the academy. Notably, the organization is organized wholly outside of NS and communicates via rl person-to-person communication, external forums and e-mail, so no evidence can be found neither in the tg stream or the forums.
