The nation of Lord Revan resides within the region of DeKalb. It was granted to the sadistic chief minister of Dark Lord Revan's staff, Count Fett, as a reward for many years of excellent service. Count Fett declared it an Apostasy after all the major religions of the world excommunicated him and he has vowed to destroy religion in all its forms across the globe.

Basics
Lord Revan is a New York Times Democracy with an all-consuming economy and superb and very good political and civil rights, respectively. At 26%, the tax rate in Lord Revan is the third lowest in the region. It has the third highest population as well, with 2.323 billion people. It's tied with two other nations for having the least crime in DeKalb-Annaronami and Devils Children. The people of Lord Revan enjoy eating their national animal, the pigeon, for dinner.

After months of being a member of the UN and a supporter of Chaote, Lord Revan has resigned from the UN. When questioned about the change, Count Fett replied that he was so busy torturing innocents he didn't have time to mess around with the UN.
History
Lord Revan was created when Dark Lord Revan gave his chief minister, Count Fett, control of a small nation so Revan could move to DeKalb and still have somebody look after Stormfront. Count Fett was recalled to DeKalb so Dark Lord Revan would have another ally in his war against KIAZ. Before Count Fett left he gave a trusted advisor control of a small piece of land and instructed him to look after Stormfront for him. The advisor named his country Vinum after a snake’s venom and stayed in Stormfront for seventy days until just two others besides him were left in the region, at which point he decided to move to The New Meritocracy. Count Fett kept out of the struggle between KIAZ and Chaote and has mostly remained to himself to this day.
The End
Count Fett heard of the end of Chaote and the death of Dark Lord Revan on December 7th. He meditated for two days on this occurence and the nature of the universe before taking his own life. After his death the country immediately collapsed into dozens of smaller nations. Thus ended the Apostasy of Lord Revan.
Or Not...
A warlord named Count Fett (distantly related to the deceased and former ruler of Lord Revan, Count Fett) set about reconqering the smaller nations, and has emerged as the new ruler of Lord Revan.
