Lord Twinkle-Toes was established as Sovereign of Crockeria in order to sort out the Anarchy problem Crockeria was having trouble with. Empress Harri von Brogonia declared him offcial leader of Crockeria to 'Increase Diplomatic Relations'. Under his rule the Crockerians do whatever they like and if they don't they will be 'educated'. He is currently the President of the Northern Alliance.
