Lorgan Vimes

Lorgan Vimes (born on 14th of June 1959) is a Captain and Commander of the Guffingfordian Navy, or better said, ay most three fleets at a single time. Fought in various battles around the globe, he earned his spurrs in battle. Though slightly corrupt and a close friend of Maynard Blouff Lorgan Vimes is a loyal captain and a true addition to the navy. He is also connected to the local underground of Oos Seeland and runs various small scale smuggling operations.
