Little is known of the People's Republic of Love Poetry, and the nation may only have been founded in order to host and judge an international love poetry competition.
That competition was won by Alasdair I Frosticus with a poem rather unimaginatively titled Love Sonnet.
There is a strong possibility that Love Poetry was an ad hoc puppet of a more established nation.
