Lower Manhattan is an administrative division of Commerce Heights, located in northwestern Evestigatus. Its capital, New Lexington, was the only colony ever established by the Manhattanite people on Earth. Because the region was developing at the time several nations with failing governments, including Jativa and Sokojito, were annexed by Commerce Heights and other nations, the region never reached its full potential, and the state’s southeastern area remains one of the few uninhabited areas within the Unified Capitalizt States.
