Lux

Lux is the smaller of the country's state capitals, but is the capital of one of most important states and one of the most important minor regions, including even the giant Central City, one of the most developed cities of the country.

Lux became a capital because it's the only city where people can have a good public education and healthcare. But the private schools and hospital are very good too. Because of that, it's considered the city of knowledge, as most of Cafundeu's scientists go there to make their studies.

It's also the city of life quality, because it has the highest IDH of the whole country.
