Lyra Settlement is a small, friendly village in Norvott Territory. It is a historical place, for that is where the Order of Asgarnian Citizen's Rights was formed and signed. It is home to 3,227 citizens. There are few cars there other than emergency vehicles. Most citizens are farmers. The Settlement is very old, dating back to mideval times. It was established in 1689. It is also the first town to be made in Asgarnieu. There are still remains of its mideval heritage. Many blacksmiths and millers are still around, executing their trade. It is a popular tourist destination, and is on the Historical Registry of Asgarnieu.
