Maalkalam is a legendary land,located southeast of the realm of the Peleveunians and taken by king Egill Thaphcos sometime around 1310 BC.Desh sources also mention this land several times,although it is not known if it is the "Land of Mar" ,or the "Land of Kyuku" in Deshian chronicles,each of witch have a diferent location,but dissapear around the same period from Deshian accounts.

The Kings of Maalkalam were said to be the descendants of Myafair the Fair ,a legendairy giant king in Deshian and more ancient Peleveunian mythology.The first king was said to be Bokonna , succeeded by Bwarnahir , Maldal and Ambation ,the last if witch is said to have reigned "the Least of All preceeding Kings, 400 years" (alternativly spelled "4000")-Yeothai Manhaek,Histories and anecdotes-On other Lands-Lost Maalkaam

The last King, Adaew Ioí is said to have been defeated by Peleveunian king Egill Thaphcos.
