Immigration and Borders (Amendment) Act.


An act to change status of immigrants into Maanenland

Proposed By: Lieutenant John Walsh Representative For: Westbridge North Party: Maanenland First Type of bill Private Members'

The Lord Lieutenant of Maanenland has declared that the following become enacted as legislation with the permission of His Royal Highness the Grand Duke in his soverign territory with the consent of the Regional Commanders and Lieutenants of the Boroughs of Maanenland in the current session of the Parliament of the Grand Duchy :-

Amendement To The Immigration and Borders Act

  • c. Immigramts as defined under the Immigration and Borders Act are exempt from minimum wage protection as declared in the Labour and Pensions Act.
  • d. The rights for those seeking citizenship within the Duchy will only be granted following citizenship.

    Maanenland Healthcare Protection Act


    An Act to Provide Healthcare to All

    Proposed By: Lieutenant Mark Thomson Representative For: Whenchurch Valley Party: Maanenland First Type of bill Private Members'

    The Lord Lieutenant of Maanenland has declared that the following become enacted as legislation with the permission of His Royal Highness the Grand Duke in his soverign territory with the consent of the Regional Commanders and Lieutenants of the Boroughs of Maanenland in the current session of the Parliament of the Grand Duchy :-

    Maanenland Healthcare Protection Act

    1.

  • a. Money will be diverted from the treasury for provision for healthcare
  • b. Provision of healthcare will be provided to all Maanenic citizens on demand with no cost to the individual.
  • c. The Government of the Lord Lieutenant must build and provide the nessacary infrastructure to provide these services.
  • d. The cost for healthcare will be provided by a fund as ordered under the National Insurance Act.
  • e. Power will be devolved for the running of this service from the soverignty of parliament to the Lieutenancy,
