Be it enacted by the Duke of Cliffton, by and with the advice and consent of the Crown of Maanenland, the Regional Commanders and the Lieutenant Representatives of the Boroughs , in this current assembly of the Soverign Parliament of the Grand Duchy of Maanenland the following legislation:—
