Mandragora

Mandragora is the nation's fifth-largest city, located in the province of Beracanto in Pacitalia. It has approximately nine million people and lies almost 2 km above sea level, in the fertile plateaus of the leeward side of the Sierra Mountains of Pacitalia. Mandragora is home to the world-renowned university of the same name. The city is a major economic and cultural centre in the nation and is the birthplace of five of Pacitalia's Prime Ministers, including the last Prime Minister, Timothy Ell.
