Maanenland First

The Maanenland First party is the current party in power in the Grand Duchy of Maanenland.

Manifesto

The core cause of Maanenland First is to combat how the balance of society has been increasingly tilted in favour of the State at the expense of individual freedom. The seven principles that the government was elected on are:

• Reducing taxation on high-earning companies and individuals to promote productivty and to reward endeavour and hard work.
• Limiting the strength of the trades union over the Maanenland economy
• Stopping spiralling welfare state costs by focusing money on members of society in real need
• Increasing military spending in order to better protect the frontiers
• Halting all changes to the constitutional arangement of the duchy and reverse negative decisions.
• Opening up a free market economy
• Reducing the role of the state in the lives of the individual

Status

• Maanenland First is the current party in power with 356 of the 614 borough seats in the House of Boroughs.

• The current leader of the party Alexander Jameson is LORD LIEUTENANT of the Grand Duchy and head of the government.

• The party has full control of all borough seats in Kingsborough
