Manuelo Fernanda is the charismatic president of the Federal Republic of Omigodtheykilledkenny. Formerly known for amatuer boxing, the middlewieght earned his fame on South Park, when he got in the ring with Hong Kong singer Wing and beat the hell out of her. He was elected president on the Conservative Reform Party ticket in 1995 and again in 2005.
