Maputo Is the biggest Surfing city in the Skankin Penguins. This area has a extreme laid back attitude and people here are all about finding the next extreme.
The Waves
Due to some government damning projects, flooding once ruined the area. So the government set out for a solution. They decided to bianually let out the dam water to releve flooding. What they created was massive waves that go down the Maytall and Babylon river, which proved to be a massive tourist attraction. Penguins can be seen riding the waves down every time the flood water is released.
