Life

Keegan was born to a poor family from outside Straatstad. He excelled in school, and attended the prestigious Kentworth University on an NROTC program. He graduated Cum Laude, and proceeded to fulfill his term in the Navy. At twenty four he ran for mayor of his home town while still enrolled in the Navy. He won in a landslide, and proceeded to the various state offices including State Assembly, and later became the Governor. After serving two terms, he ran for national Legislature for his home district. He won, and was later re-elected. His second term, the maximum for that office, ended in January of 2007. Shortly thereafter, he ran for the office of the Secretary General of the International Democratic Union Council. He came in second, and was then appointed General Secretary. His delegation passed the IDUC's first resolution, which resulted in the creation of the Conargo. On 28 May, 2007, Keegan resigned from the position for unnamed reasons.

Party Affiliation

Keegan originally registered to vote as a Socialist. However, as of 28 May, 2007, Keegan has no official party affiliation.
