The Marshal J.L. Memorial Song is the national anthem of Roach-Busters, written to commemorate its President for Life, Marshal J.L.. Memorizing the song is de rigueur for all Roach-Busterians of every age. It is played daily throughout the nation at 6:00 A.M., noon, and 6:00 P.M. All citizens are required to stop what they are doing, put their right hand over their heart, and sing along when the song plays; failure to do so can result in a hefty fine or a brief jail sentence. The song is always played at the beginning of concerts, sporting events, festivals, parades, marathons, rallies, etc., and before the evening news. The song was written by the State Commission of Propaganda, though its exact author remains unknown.

Lyrics

All hail Marshal J.L.,
The savior of mankind,
All hail Marshal J.L.,
The greatest person in the world,
Let us pay homage to Marshal J.L.,
Who defended our independence and liberty,
Let us pay homage to Marshal J.L.,
Who liberated us from Communism.

Oh, Marshal J.L.!
Your everlasting spirit guides us!
Oh, Marshal J.L.!
You are a shining beacon of freedom!

We shall win against Communism,
Victory shall be ours!
We shall win against Communism,
Victory shall be ours!
