Political Testament from the Commissar of Propaganda

For years upon years we, the few, have struggled against the many. The many being those who seek personal gain over communal gain. The man who plants a seed to grow into an orange tree can then pass on the oranges. The man who eats the fruit and throws away the seed is a fascist, the man who sells his gift to others for personal gain over other's loss is a capitlaist. There is only one true man, and he is the communist. We are the seed in the soil. We will grow to greatness, and spread a greatness to the entire world.

Every seed is encased in a richness, and that is the richness of equality and an end to the class struggle. Each sweetness and seed is wrapped in a skin, and that skin is politics and propoganda. It is the dutry of I, as the organ assigned to building this skin, to spread communism, to show our strengths and exploit the opposer's weakness.

The pen is mightier than the sword.

And yet, the man who wields the pen and the sword has the ultimate advantage. I am not to wield the pen, I AM the pen, and others form the sword. I pledge hereby to act as a weapon in the war we fight, to put forward our case, to hold up our banner, to write our triumph and to weave our revolution.

I will do this by writings, and drawings, and photography, but ultimately I will do it with what no other body has that we have. I will do this with love, love for the communist system and love for you, my comrades.

We are an elite now, we are the seed in the fruit, from us will burst glorious revolution and change, and from that will come further seeds, and so we spread, not as a plague as fascism, not as a cancer of lust of capitalism, but as something fundamentally good and pure, with purpose and strength.

Let the seed be communism, let the sweetness be our strengths, and let the peel be me and my propoganda ministry.

The Marxist Leninist Party Constitution

Preamble:

The Great Workers' Nations of the Marxist Leninist Party, guided by the ideas of scientific Socialism and true to their revolutionary traditions, relying on the great social, economic, and political gains of Socialism, striving for the further development of socialist democracy, supporting the international socialist revolution and recognizing the equilibrium brought from unification, will protect and define the rights, freedoms and obligations of the proletariat, and the principles of the organization of the socialist state of the whole people, and its aims, and proclaim these in this Constitution.

The Great October Socialist Revolution, made by the workers and peasants of Russia under the leadership of Lenin, overthrew capitalism and landowner rule, broke the fetters of oppression, established the dictatorship of the proletariat, and created the Soviet state, a new type of state, the basic instrument for defending the gains of the revolution and for building socialism and communism. Humanity thereby began the epoch-making turn from capitalism to socialism. We the children of the Great October Revolution are determined to keep the flame of socialism alive; our goals are to spread workers' rights, workers' unity and workers' emancipation.

We the children of revolution understand the struggle we face against enemies of the people and the people’s struggle. We shall not waver or compromise in our pursuit of international socialism: true socialism of workers, by workers, for workers!

The supreme goal of the Marxist Leninist Party is the building of a classless communist society in which there will be public, communist self-government. The main aims of the people's socialist state are: to lay the material and technical foundation of communism, to perfect socialist social relations and transform them into communist relations, to mould the citizen of communist society, to raise the people's living and cultural standards, to safeguard the country's security, to advance the international Socialist workers' revolution. By building a unified Workers' Vanguard we shall forge the tools and weapons to realize Communism.

Article One: Power of the People

The Marxist Leninist Party is the party of the proletariat. Our goal is to establish Socialist governments in our nations and region led by the working people’s of all nations and nationalities of our region.

Article Two: Power of the Party (Amendment I)

All Power within the Marxist Leninist Party resides with the people; no one group, nation or person can express despotic, tyrannical or unequal powers in the decisions of the Marxist Leninist Party. The Power of the Party exists with the proletariat via the People's Regional Congress.

Article Three: Resolution and Voting Rules (Amendment I):

A. Major matters of state shall be submitted to nationwide discussion and put to a popular vote and then expressed through the People's Regional Congress. Major matters of state include alliances, new laws, changes to existing laws, and amendments to the Constitution among others. A resolution must be posted and supported by at least two (2) other nations before deliberations and voting may take place. The resolution must be supported within seven (7) days of creation for it to reach the deliberation and voting phase.

B. Upon receiving the support of said nations, deliberations and voting will commence in a posted poll. The poll may be created by either the person who introduced the resolution OR one of the two supporters so long as the poll has not already been created. All nations in the Marxist Leninist Party will have seven (7) days in which to discuss, debate, deliberate, and vote on the resolution. For a resolution to pass it MUST be supported by at LEAST two-thirds (66%) majority of the total number of votes. All nations' votes will count equally.

D. If a resolution does not receive at least two supporters during the introduction phase OR does not receive a two-thirds majority during the deliberation and voting phase, the resolution is considered to be killed. The resolution may not be introduced before the People's Regional Congress again until fourteen (14) days have passed since the last deliberation and vote occurred for said resolution.

E. The Founder and the United Nations Delegate adhere to the following:

• Either may take an existing resolution in the introduction phase or a resolution of their own not yet introduced and immediately move said resolution into the deliberation and voting phase.
• Either may extend the time of voting upon a resolution for up to three (3) days to a maximum period of ten (10) days. The total extension may not exceed three days combined; one may extend it one day and the other may extend it two, or one may extend it all three days, but the total extension time may not exceed three days combined.

Article Four: Power of Persistent Revolution

The Marxist Leninist Party will safeguard the rights of the workers within the region. The Party is determined to advance international socialism and will spread the ideas of Marxism throughout Nation-States.

Article Five: Declared Enemies of the Party (Amendment I)

The Marxist Leninist Party, resolute in its path towards socialism, declares war on all fronts against the international fascist menace. Recognizing the brotherhood of man will never tolerate Racism, Bigotry, Sexism, Homophobia or Xenophobia, all groups affiliated with Nazi, Fascist, National-Socialist or extreme right fundamentals are enemies of the people and thus enemies of the Marxist Leninist Party.

A. Any nation that can not be proven beyond reasonable doubt to be a security threat to the Party may only be ejected on a per nation basis only after being notified of their status being in question and given one month to reform (allowing for an extension or pardon provided good reason is provided explaining the motive or cause for their continued status).

B. Any nation that can be proven beyond reasonable doubt to be a security threat to the Party may be immediately ejected by the Founder or Delegate to contain said security risk. The person who did the ejecting must file claim (post on the forum) the reasons why the nation was ejected from the Party as well as any supporting evidence for those reasons. Party members will decide whether to keep or remove the ban on a case-by-case basis.

Article Six: Power of the United Nations Delegate (Amendment II)

A. The Delegate, the arm and strength of the Marxist Leninist party, acting in the benefit of the Marxist Leninist Party, can express Supreme powers in national crisis. The Delegate also has the right to remove counter-revolutionary nations that don’t conform to Article 5 as well as the power to amend the World Factbook Entry given it conforms to the philosophy of the Constitution.

B. As a representative of Party interests, the Delegate is granted certain political abilities in terms of regulation of the People's Regional Congress as per Article Three, Section E. The opinions and voting power of the Delegate are equal and on par with that of every other member of the Congress as to maintain fairness and equality in the democratic process of referendum.

Article Seven: Power of the Political Faction (Amendment II)

A. The Marxist Leninist Party recognizes the right for organizations within the Party to exist and work within the Party. The ideas, principles, and opinions of political or social groups within the Marxist Leninist Party will be protected by the People's Regional Congress provided that they conform with Article 5. The Party grants the right to forum and work within the Party structure so long as the organization or group does not overstep their boundaries within the Party as described in Article Seven, Section B. Verbal (outside of a debate) or physical attacks in any way, shape, or form against another party member may result in expulsion from the Party or the disbanding of the organization/group.

B. Political organizations/groups within the Marxist Leninist Party must follow and abide by the wording set forth in this Constitution. No political faction, nation, person or otherwise may represent the entire Party in terms of sending an emissary to another region, relaying messages, or attacking/defending other regions on behalf of the Party as a whole without the consent of the People's Regional Congress.

Article Eight: Power of the Coalition (Amendment I)

The Marxist Leninist Party recognizes and supports democratic friends of the people in their defence against Fascism. Though the Party does not support the beliefs or ideals of capitalism, as per Article 5 the Party will work together or alongside with democratic or capitalist regions to fight against Nazi/Fascist political groups during times of crisis or dire need.

Article Nine: Power of the Party Constitution

The Constitution of the Marxist Leninist Party shall have supreme legal force. All laws and other acts of state bodies shall be promulgated on the basis of and in conformity with it.
