Maynard Blouff, despite of his odd name he was born in Gloucterbury (GL) Guffingford on May the 15th, 1971. After several attemps to start a small fundraising corporation he abandoned these idea's and joined the Guffingfordii Navy. He thrived there, and his passion grew for the sea and the many unknown and unexplored lands beyond. There he met Captain Bloomsburry and his colleague Lorgan Vimes. Both were already established naval officers, decorated and respected and praised by their superiors. Blouff was a young one, and he was given the chance to prove himself when Guffingford declared war on The Upper Congo, the first TUC war. There he cut down all opposition without fear or favor, and mass executions followed his short reign. These actions cost the lives of thousands and thousands of men, women and children and completely ignoring the international pressure, he continued to missile away coastal cities and villages without any strategic significance. In the second TUC war, he did the same and this time he finished the job. During the Tihland conflict which came inbetween, he was the man behind the idea of gassing all Tihlandish citizens in the concrete bubble bunker. From then the accounts of his heinous deeds turn vague, and the mystery around his person grows. Truth becomes blurred and myths take over. Everything about his present whereabouts is unknown, except that he's a freebooter working for the Guffingfordian administration.
