Expiry times are entered in the GNU standard format, which is described in the [http://www.gnu.org/software/tar/manual/html_chapter/tar_7.html tar manual], e.g. "1 hour", "2 days", "next Wednesday", "1 January 2017". Alternatively, a block may be "indefinite" or "infinite".

The table gives the AOL IP ranges. Because these are shared and AOL is the largest ISP in the US, large numbers of innocent contributors, including some admins, will be affected by blocks of these IP addresses. Please keep blocks in this range to 15 minutes or less - the absolute minimum time required to temporarily stop the vandalism. Developers regularly receive, and will generally promptly accept, requests to clear AOL blocks because of the large side-effects.
