Mercadier is a province within the United Federal Kingdom of St Samuel. The province was founded in January 2008 after the Second War of Greater Holdinia and the collapse of Southern Holdinia. The province borders Catalonia Province, Lombarda Province and Savilliana Province.
The administrative capital is Saint Dulain and the current lord protector of Catalonia is Lord Mikael Raphaello.

The Mercadier Province was formerly a part of the Southern Holdinia Empire up until the countries defeat in the Second War of Greater Holdinia in January 2008.

Mercadier has a Mediterranean climate, with mild, dry winters and warm, humid summers. January and February are the coldest months, averaging temperatures of 12 °C (52 °F). Snowfalls are so rare that they are remembered as special events. July and August are the hottest months, averaging temperatures of 31 °C (87 °F). The highest recorded maximum temperature in the province itself is 40.1 °C.
