The Methodian Union, (The M.U) is open to any nations wishing to join, irrespective of U.N membership or political status. The following terms should be agreed upon by all member nations.

1.Member nations will all use the same currency– the Mu. Eg/ μ1.25 (μ is the Greek letter for Mu.) -μ- can be inserted into any computer document by using the Symbol font and typing in m. Or you can use the Character map in Accessories (For Windows users only) Other wise, a normal -m– can be used.

2.The coin and note values will be the same as those for the pound or Euro.

3.The M.U intends to bring nations closer together, but wars between members are permitted. Roleplay within the M.U is encouraged. Normal Roleplay etiguette applies.

4.The M.U will interact with all other regional organizations, such as the Regional Games and the MRES. This interaction may just be through support or funding or complete control over an organization. Regional organizations may still remain completely Un-Affiliated to the M.U if they wish to.

5.People may move and trade freely between member nations. Although nations may impose security checks if they have valid reasons.

6.The M.U will have some control of the Neutral Whitla area.

7.The M.U will not have any control over the decisions made by the Regional Court or Parliament.

8.The M.U cannot force any nation to join or support it.

9.The M.U will be run as a democracy by all nations. Each year nations may elect a president. The president will only be given charge of organising Regional Events, Leading the nations of the M.U, but NOT making the M.U's decisions. When a decision is to be made by the M.U, the President can make the decision. However, any member nation may request a vote to be taken. This vote must be carried out. All actions must have a simple majority to be passed. Amendments to this Constitution (After the date 17-7-06 they must have two thirds majority.)

10.Appeals against actions taken by the M.U must be brought to the Regional Court. Members of the M.U are allowwed to be in the Regional court.

11.Nations not abiding by the Methodian Constitution, or the terms set down in this Document can be expelled from the M.U, Temporarily or Permanently.

12.Member nations will be expected to donate 12% of their governments wasted funding (Money that does not go towards any governmental organisation) towards the M.U and its affiliated organisations.

13.Member nations of the M.U will be expected to stop the development of Bio-Bombs, Nuclear Armaments or other weapons designed to destroy innocent Civilians.

14.Member nations shall not develop E.M Shields. Nations that already have E.M Shields must deactivate them and not use them again until they are given permission to do so by the nations of the M.U.

The M.U does not have any control over what happens inside nations, in the UN or in the Regional Court or Regional Parliament. The Regional Court and the Regional Parliament can control the actions of the M.U.
