The Methodian Union, (The M.U) is open to any nations wishing to join, irrespective of U.N membership or political status. The following terms should be agreed upon by all member nations.

1. Member nations will all use the same currency– the Mu.

  • Eg. μ1.25 (μ is the Greek letter for Mu.) -μ- can be inserted into any computer document by using the Symbol font and typing in m. Or you can use the Character map in Accessories. Otherwise, a normal -m– can be used.
  • The coin and note values will be the same as those for the pound or Euro.

2. Member nations will not war against each other. Nor will they declare war upon another alliance or nation unless a 2/3 majority of the MU signs their proposal.

3. To become a member of the M.U nations must

  • Have Civil Rights at least Good.
  • Have Political Rights at least Average.
  • Have a GDP above M20,000.
  • Have a population over 1 billion.

4. People may move and trade freely between member nations. Unless the MU imposes sanctions upon a member, this requires a 2/3 majority support.

5. The MU will oversee role-play for the benefit of the region, not just the MU

6. The MU members who do not abide by the requests of the MU will be ejected.

7. All decisions made by the MU require a 2/3 majority approval from the member Leaders.

8. Proposals should be submitted similar to a UN resolution, but they do not require clauses to have verbs at the beggining.

9. Member nations of the M.U will be expected to stop the development of Bio-Bombs and Nuclear Armaments and they will be forbidden to use them without the Unanimous support of the MU member leaders.
