Chancellor; Dr. Michael Anthony (born December 22, 1955 - New Wiseburg, Sunteria ) is the current Chancellor of Sunteria, active UN advisor, and noted political leader. He is generally credited with the formation of the Nuclear Arms Inspection Bureau and many other multinational government organizations.

Informally known as "The Conventioneer", Chancellor Anthony has been involved in the organization of dozens of conventions and conferences through out his political career.

He is also a Nobel Peace Prize recipient, having won in 1999 for organizing and sponsoring the Human Rights and Liberties Convention in Stockholm, Sweden.
