The Original Stronghold
The City of Midgon is the Capital city of the Various Empires of Dhatsun. Originally a Stronghold held by the original Emperor built on the peak of a cliff; the city expanded, eventually buildiing down the cliff to create a huge seaport, one of the largest in the Spectrum. The city itself consists of eight districts:
Lowtown
Built on the small beaches surrounding the port, these fishing "villages" are a collection of shack towns representing the cheapest and simplest life found in the city.
Shopping District
About halfway up the cliffs the shopping district is found. Built on huge discs protuding from the cliff the shopping district connects directly to the port through 27 high speed passenger elevators and 46 freight elevators. The Shopping district mixes fine foods, expensive boutiques and a famous nightlife. It is also home to the world famous Sciion Hotel, whoch boasts themed rooms and fantastic ocean views.
Deep Earth Distrct
Military. Deep in cliff, missile silo.
Temple District
Religion. Original stronghold on top of cliff.
Midtown
Middle class, most of population. Surrounds Shopping District.
Port Sector
Port. Beneath Shopping, surrounded by Lowtown.
Hightown
Upper class elite, Above midtown, next to Governemnt Level.
Government Level
Controlling sector, Top of cliff, edge of cliff closer to sea than stronghold. Restricted access.
