Other rumours are heavy weapons and biological research, it is widely believed that MIRA aided, or entirely developed such weapons as the Apocalypse Ultra Heavy Battle tank, and mysterious weapons using biotechnology.

Another hotly debated topic is the man in charge of the agency, Kevin Pracks this mysterious recluse is often seen around his estate, yet never at the agency, his "hands-off" approach has been critizied by many members of the Government, yet he has never been replaced, simply because the jobs always seem to get done, even though Kevin rarely lifts a finger.
