A Ministry of Foreign Affairs is a government department responsible for conducting the government's external policy with other nations or other international entities. In certain nations, similar government departments may be known in English as the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, Ministry of External Affairs, Department of State, or other. In nations modelled upon the RL United Kingdom, this body may also be known as the Foreign Office.
