Aside from Centaurs, Anubites, and Atlantians, the Atlantian Federation also houses a multitude of other species. Some of them (like the Ul, Yun, and X-234 species) arn't actually part of the Atlantian Federation.

Zoir

The Zoir are a bearlike species, who at one point controlled a massive space empire on this side of the galactic core. In order to defeat an extra-galactic threat known only as “The Demons”, they built a vast fleet. However, such power had a price to pay. The economic burden from building and maintaining so many ships prompted the Zoir to begin expanding the empire further, subjugating smaller powers. Those that surrendered peacefully were left to exist, while serving the Zoir with whatever resources they needed. Those that resisted were trampled over. The Atlantians and their allies were prime examples of what happened to those who fought to the bitter end.

However, the Zoir were eventually done in by another species who engineered a virus that killed the majority of the Zoir in the empire, causing it to collapse. For millennia, the surviving Zoir were too weak to re-establish control. Even after the Zoir Empire once again became a political entity, it was much smaller and unable to power and man its larger ships. In fact, it wasn’t even united, as many war lords still fought amongst themselves.

At some point recently, the revived empire fell apart again, prompting several species to enter Atlantian space. This included a small amount of Zoir, who have taken up residence in the Turi system.

Kejians

A ruthless feline species from Zoir space. Like the Zoir and countless other species, some of them have been immigrating into Atlantian space.

Sha'ra

A bird-like species from Zoir space that resembles the mythical species of the Phoenix. They have fiery red feathers, and rather then give birth, they burst into flames when they die, and rise from the ashes. In this sense, they are quasi-immortal. Their central belief system of reincarnation is based in this fact.

Ik'in'al

An insectoid species from Zoir space. They resemble a near-humanoid (as humanoid as insects get) mantis-like creature with a colorful green and silver hide.

Vilirian

A reptilian species from Zoir space. They are a raptor-like species, with wings capable of gliding. At the time, they are a very violent race, and many of them have been involved in terrorist attacks in the edges of Atlantian space.

Un

A native species to the Atlantian cluster. They are a silicoid species, a race of crystaline beings. They reproduce by "budding" smaller crystals.

X-234

A machine species created by the Atlantian Special Forces devision. The idea was to create an AI machine army for shocktroops. When it failed, they were dumped on an uninhabited rocky planet.

Yun

A native species to the Atlantian Cluster that live in the gas giants. They are a methane-breathing species that resemble a cross between a manta-ray and a solid jellyfish.

Nommo

An aquatic species that immigrated to the star cluster thousands of years ago from the Sirius system during the Zoir war. They are a peaceful, benevolent species that resemble a large shellfish crossed with a squid.

Elarans

The closest political ally to the Federation is the Elaran Empire. They are blue-skinned with pointed ears (much like Elves). While they might not be permanant residents of Atlantis, the trade routes are used often, and the Atlantian border is open.
