Text | The Greener Society Coalition and the members of the Parliament of the Free Civil State of Liverpool England will RECOGNISE the existence of a French- and Spanish- speaking peoples; ENSURE that their language is preserved by officially NAMING French and Spanish as National Languages of the Free Civil State. |
