Background
Mockeran is a language mainly spoken in Elsen which is located in Southern Pascifitonia. The area is partially self-governed. The language has been in the region for over 300 years and is spoken, aswell as English, by 85% of the area. It is taken as a secondary language by all 11 year old Pascifitonians and all 6 year old Elsenians.
