The Monastic Olympic Committee of The Archregimancy (MOCTA) is the governing body which oversees The Archregimancy's participation in any Olympic Games. As both an international sporting and missionary endeavour, MOCTA is overseen by the Holy Synod of the Archregimancy's Synodical Office For International Relations and Missionary Activities (SOFIRMA) rather than the Synodical Council for Ecumenical Dialogue (SCED) or the Synodical Office For the Elimination of occult Evil (SOFTEE).

The Committee is part of the Olympic General Council, and is one of the seven members of the Olympic Upper Council.
