The Socialist Tribal Alliance of Mongol-Swedes is a massive, socially progressive nation, renowned for its devotion to social welfare. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 1.507 billion are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.
It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Education, the Environment, and Social Welfare. The average income tax rate is 100%. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising fourteen-year-old boys selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.
Houses and businesses are bulldozed to make way for ever-expanding cemetaries, the government is spending billions of Euros on helping citizens find spiritual enlightenment, the government funds large training centres to turn lesser toads into functioning members of society, and all-natural foods are becoming a major fad. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Mongol-Swedes's national animal is the lesser toad, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the Euro.
