Moonstone Redemption

The Moonstone Redemption was a major political upheaval in the Greater Kingdom of Midlonia during the Winter of 1952 after the decisive Fourth Battle of Navarre in the Freethinker Commonwealth, and the final defeat of Midlonian forces in the disasterous Second Moonstone War.

Origins of the Moonstone Redemption

The document known simply as "Redemption" was published by around 2/3rds of the Midlonian House of Commons. It outlined major failings in governmental system of the era that was later attributed to the overall failing of the war. It was deemed that King Harold Gethsod III's overt meddling with the overall military plans, influencing and even replacing Generals the House had seen as competent with what they described as "His Majesty's Puppets" was directly responsible for the defeat of the Midlonian Expeditionary Force at the Battle of the Delta Pass.
