Moscovy has played a large but not very visable role in NS world affairs. Right now Moscovy is the USSR Red Army General and a member of the Soviet Trimuvirate. Moscovy has a mixed record of being a general. He has had some losses but is also responsible for some stunning victories, most notably in Holtwood.

Moscovy's career started on the frontlines in the ACC military as a common soldier. When the ACC reformed into the AA, Moscovy was given the highly coveted position of a commander of the Lynx Division. There he pulled off some high profile raids on some regions such as Cuba and Poland. When the AA went into One George Bush too many Mr. NonChalant dissolved the AA and Moscovy was left unemployed. He served as a member of the Atlantic Sepratist Corps very breifly before it became inactive.

RedCommunist then invited him to be apart of the USSR military and appointed him Commander of the Second Division. After he instituted some military reforms he was given the rank of Corps Commander. He then commanded the raid on Holtwood after they attacked and greifed USSR allies China and Cuba. With a combined strike by the Sons of Liberty, Holtwood's power was marginalized and they eventually dissolved.

Moscovy continued to command the USSR military and was embarrassed when TITO forces stole the Ukraine away from him while he was trying to reform it.

Moscovy was then appointed to the Union of Sovreigns Governing Council and then appointed Red Army General of the USSR as a member of the Trimuvirate during the USSR's reformation.
