Nórilmë is the committee for economic planning in Greater Tomania. The word "Nórilmë" is an abbreviation for Nórë Ríntura Tolmëo (in English, State Committee for Planning). One of its main duties is the creation of Six-Year Plans for the National Economy of the Empire.

Initially Nórilmë had an advisory role. Its goal was coordination of the plans of Imperial provinces and the creation of the common Empire plan. Since 1979 Nórilmë started creating common yearly all-economy plans, known under the name of "control numbers".

Its work was coordinated with the Imperial Central Statistical Directorate, Ministry of the Economy, Ministry of the Interior and the Council of Imperial State Economy.

With the introduction of sixyear plans in 1977 Nórilmë became primarily responsible for their creation and supervision according to the outlines set by the Tomania's People's Marduuk Party and the Party Congress of the Empire.

In 1995, during the Fourth Party Congress the Statistical Directorate was merged into the Nórilmë.

In may 2000 Nórilmë was split into two commissions: for perspective planning and for current planning: Imperial Council of Ministers State Commission for Perspective Planning and Imperial Council of Ministers Economical Commission for Current Planning of the Imperial State Economy. The work of the latter one was based on the six-year plans delivered by Nórilmë, with Nórilmë planning for 10-15 years ahead.
